Every order is important for us and it takes lots of efforts and time to process any order. Once an order is placed, it will not be cancelled in any situation.

Exceptions:
In case you have received any damaged or wrong product, then your order will be eligible for replacement within 1-2 days of receiving the product. Parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage claims.

Once replacement is approved , the replacement piece will be sent to you in 5-7 working days after we receive the defected product.

If it is genuine case, then you will have to send the product back to us.The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the exchange coupon code if the product(s) is shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
